We want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. Because our offerings span digital, handmade, and print-on-demand items, our policy reflects the unique nature of each type.

💠 Physical Products (via Printful or our in-house studio)

We accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Sizing Note:
All wearable items are made to order, just for you. We do not accept returns or refunds due to sizing issues. Please consult the size guide available on each product page prior to purchasing. If you're unsure, you’re always welcome to reach out to us at lisa@bladefitacademy.com—we’re happy to help guide you before you place your order.

💠 Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital offerings, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us—we’ll be happy to help resolve it.

💠 Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds are issued immediately.

Depending on your payment method:

  • Shop Pay / Card payments: 5–10 business days

  • Shop Pay Installments (via Affirm): Up to 21 days

  • PayPal / Etsy Payments: Usually 3–5 business days

💠 Exchanges
